Downloading a video when it’s open on your mobile device is simple. Follow the steps below based on your operating system:

- Long-press the video and select “Download Video” (if available).
- Find the personalised video message in the Files app under Downloads.
For Android Devices
- Open the personalised video message.
- Long-press the video and select “Download Video”.
- Find the personalised video message in your device’s File Manager under Downloads.
